Overview We are looking for a Member of Technical Staff with a background in design engineering. The vast majority of your work will be open source.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the TensorZero open‑source UI that helps engineers manage the entire operation.
Streamline workflows for observability, optimization (e.g., fine‑tuning), evaluations, and more.
Collaborate closely with the deep‑technical team to shape product vision and implementation.
Qualifications
Strong design background, comfortable driving large projects from inception to deployment.
Proficient in Figma, prototyping, and shipping UI‑related code.
Passionate about re‑thinking developer tooling from first principles.
Hungry for personal growth across the stack.
In‑person in NYC, five days a week.
Team & Culture We’re a small, deeply technical team based in NYC (in person). Work closely with founders and senior engineers.
