We have an opening for a litigation expert to support our attorneys litigating cases in both Georgia and Florida. Responsibilities
Support attorneys in all aspects of case preparation and litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and legal correspondence.
Manage and maintain case files in our firm's CRM (Filevine), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and organization.
Support clients by explaining legal processes and providing regular case updates in a compassionate manner.
Track and manage deadlines, including court dates, discovery responses, and statute of limitations.
Prepare and file legal documents with courts and agencies.
Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, trial binders, and evidence.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in personal injury litigation.
Experience in GA & FL cases is highly valued.
Strong organizational skills, proactive attitude, and ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
Self‑directed, assertive in advocating for clients, and a collaborative team player.
Compensation:
$80,000-$95,000+ per year, commensurate with experience. Competitive base salary with potential for higher earnings based on performance.
