Working Model Hybrid – balanced model to ensure flexibility.
The successful candidate will spend time both in the office and working from home.
Major Duties
Focus on resolution of complex transactions interpreting policies, guidelines, and processes.
Identify and document new procedures and controls.
Provide on‑the‑job technical training and coaching for analysts.
Provide input to process changes that result in greater operational efficiency.
Carry out complex activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact.
Interact with committees and/or senior management.
Serve as a key subject‑matter expert and mentor to junior level employees.
Manage daily operational activities and supervise day‑to‑day work of junior level employees (but not a formal management role).
Be more technically sound in area of expertise and have broader knowledge of other areas.
Deliver a work product that requires less revision.
Facilitate discussions and reach decisions.
Knowledge
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Knowledge of risk management and mitigation practices.
Thorough understanding of banking procedures and regulations.
Ability to work as part of a team with minimal supervision.
Experience
A college or university degree and/or some relevant work experience.
Related industry qualification or studying toward it.
