Savance . Savance Workplace is looking for a self-motivated, hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist who thrives on turning ideas into measurable success stories. In this role, you’ll lead the redevelopment of our company’s website, design and implement SEO strategies, manage PPC campaigns, and execute a variety of other digital marketing initiatives that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. You’ll play a key role in shaping the digital presence of Savance Workplace as we continue to grow and expand our reach in the workplace safety and security industry.
What You Will Be Doing
Website Redevelopment: Lead the redesign and rebuild of a new Savance Workplace website, drawing from the structure and content of our existing site; collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure a modern, user-friendly, and conversion-optimized web experience; manage ongoing updates, testing, and performance improvements.
SEO Strategy & Implementation: Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO plan focused on improving organic search rankings and driving qualified traffic; conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and on-page optimization; monitor site analytics, report on performance, and continuously refine strategies based on data insights.
PPC Management: Plan, execute, and manage pay-per-click campaigns across Google Ads and other relevant platforms; optimize campaigns for ROI, track performance, and adjust as needed to meet marketing goals; coordinate landing page design and messaging to maximize conversion rates.
Digital Marketing Projects: Support additional marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, marketing automation, social media advertising, and content marketing projects; collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels; track and analyze KPIs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Required Education/Experience
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, including web design coordination, SEO, and PPC management.
Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs.
Experience managing website projects (preferably WordPress or similar CMS).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn analytics into actionable insights.
Highly organized and self-directed — able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without micromanagement.
Creative problem-solver with a passion for building and growing successful digital marketing initiatives.
