THE ROLE We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to lead Nuey’s organic social presence and digital storytelling. This is a hands‑on role for a creative, strategic thinker who deeply understands our customer and can translate Nuey’s aesthetic and philosophy into standout content across platforms.
You’ll lead the planning, creation, and execution of content that drives engagement, builds community, and reinforces Nuey’s positioning as a trusted, elevated, and science‑backed brand. Working closely with our leadership team, you’ll help bring campaigns to life – from daily social storytelling to launch moments and influencer collaborations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Own Nuey’s social media calendar, voice, and visual direction across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
Plan, produce, and publish content that’s visually aligned with Nuey’s brand and drives measurable engagement
Manage daily posting, community engagement, and audience growth
Partner with providers and studios to capture authentic, high‑quality content that showcases Nuey’s expertise and experience
Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and share insights with leadership
Identify opportunities for influencer partnerships and community collaborations
Stay current on social trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices in aesthetics, wellness, and digital culture
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of social media management experience, ideally within beauty, aesthetics, or wellness industries
Proven ability to grow and engage digital communities
Skilled in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.)
Experience collaborating with photographers, videographers, and agencies
Excellent writing and editing skills with a feel for brand voice and nuance
Self‑starter with strong organization and time‑management skills
