Delivery Consultant - DevOps, ProServe, SDT-NAMER-DevOps role at Amazon Web Services (AWS). The AWS Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking a skilled Delivery Consultant to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet customers\' technical requirements and business objectives. You will drive customer success through the cloud journey, provide technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle, and architect complex, scalable, and secure solutions tailored to each customer\'s needs. You\u2019ll gather requirements, assess existing infrastructure, and propose migration strategies to AWS while advising on industry trends and emerging technologies. You will lead the implementation process, ensure best practices, optimize performance, and manage risks across the project. The AWS Professional Services organization is a global team of experts that helps customers realize desired business outcomes when using the AWS Cloud. We collaborate with customer teams and the AWS Partner Network (APN) to execute enterprise cloud computing initiatives and deliver guidance through global specialty practices across various solutions, technologies, and industries. Responsibilities
Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts Qualifications
3+ years of experience in cloud architecture and implementation Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience 4+ years of hands-on experience in programming languages such as Python, Ruby, Go, Java, JavaScript, .NET, C++, YAML, JSON, and TypeScript 4+ years of experience developing scalable CI/CD strategies with tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, and Harness 3+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code such as CloudFormation, Terraform, or CDK Preferred Qualifications
AWS experience preferred, with proficiency in a wide range of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation) AWS Professional level certifications preferred (e.g., Solutions Architect Professional, DevOps Engineer Professional) Experience with automation and scripting (Terraform, Python); knowledge of security and compliance standards (HIPAA, GDPR) Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences Hands-on experience with microservice and serverless orchestration architectures (Kubernetes, EKS, Docker, Lambda) Hands-on experience designing and implementing ETL data pipelines (Kafka, Airflow, Spark, Hadoop, Glue), MLOps pipelines (Sagemaker, MLFlow, Kubeflow), or LLMOps pipelines Amazon is an equal opportunity employer.
