Salary Range The full pay range for this role is $24.95 to $41.59 per hour. The target range for this position is $29.50 to $33.50 per hour.
Scope of Job The Regional Services Coordinator manages efficient office operations at EDF power solutions’ Bloomington, MN-based office, supports the North Region Development and LCE Vendor Services team with processing invoices, Scopes of Work, and Purchase Requisitions/Orders, supports the Operations Control Center (OCC) staff with administrative needs, and performs other tasks as needed. These tasks include planning and scheduling meetings, developing, implementing and improving office procedures, answering phones, handling incoming and outgoing mail, ordering and maintaining supplies, maintaining business equipment like copy machines, printers and postage machines, arranging for approvals and signatures, supporting the North Region Development team with budgeting, reporting, supporting other EDF power solutions business units, and other tasks as needed.
Responsibilities
North Region Development and LCE Services Support: Assisting with Regional and Cost Center budgeting activities (pulling, organizing, and updating data as needed), processing Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders, invoices, Scopes of Work, and Check Requests, monitoring office-related expenses for budgeting purposes (rent, supplies, etc.), assisting with obtaining internal signatures and approval processes, receiving and scanning landowner contracts, and other tasks as needed.
General Office Management and Administrative Support: Source, manage and maintain vendor relationship with coffee service, copy and postage machines; liaise with IT for office equipment and conference rooms technology; liaise with Facilities Management for office assignment, furniture, and access cards; greet visitors, answer phones, maintain contact lists, order office supplies and food, submit and reconcile expense reports, maintain general office tidiness.
Operations Control Center (OCC) Office Support: Coordinate with OCC Manager on administrative needs for their Bloomington, MN office, including coffee services, shredding services, office supplies, conference room reservations, and liaison with Northland Center Building Management staff.
Meeting Coordination and Event Planning: Manage logistics for location, meeting rooms, hotels if applicable, food and communications associated with events; attend off‑site conferences as needed to assist with meeting coordination.
Maintain a high degree of knowledge related to the overall activities within the US Regional Offices and Corporate Development.
Interdepartmental assistance as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related preferred.
3 years of related experience.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
Detail oriented, creative, intuitive, accurate, hardworking, professional.
Strong organizational, communication and management skills.
Able to demonstrate customer relations and customer management.
Able to demonstrate experience dealing successfully with peers, subordinates, management, and unaffiliated third parties.
Able to demonstrate strong work habits, including good attendance.
Ability to balance multiple projects and assignments successfully.
High standards, integrity, and ethics.
Highly motivated self‑starter, friendly personality, and good team player.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel preferred.
