Marketing Manager – Homecare This position is located in Holmdel, NJ at our Bell Works location and requires an onsite presence (hybrid role). You will be part of a customer-focused, passionate, and growth-oriented team, driving marketing strategy and execution for a rapidly growing category and region. The role involves building differentiating customer value propositions, tapping into growth opportunities, and delivering actionable insights in a fast-paced environment.
Where You’ll Make a Difference
Identify customer opportunities and solutions: drive white‑space analysis and generate business opportunities with compelling value propositions.
Customer presentations, workshops and events: build inspirational client presentations and organize workshops that translate into brand implications and business opportunities.
Customized value propositions: create new business opportunities by developing differentiating concepts for IFF products targeted to specific customers or markets.
Marketing strategy and implementation: define and execute category or cross‑category strategy aligned with commercial objectives.
Collaboration: work closely with internal creative teams to tell a strong fragrance story rooted in consumer insights.
Innovation: keep IFF at the forefront of marketing trends and continuously drive innovation.
Market intelligence: deepen your understanding of regional consumer trends, gap analysis, competitors, and market opportunities.
Concept development: translate cross‑category trends into relevant product and brand concepts, incorporating sustainability, seasonality, and other growth drivers.
What Makes You The Right Fit
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
4+ years of marketing experience, preferably with knowledge of Home and Fabric Care categories (Air Care, Cleaners, Dish, Laundry Products, etc.).
High emotional intelligence and experience managing key stakeholders.
Demonstrated project management, negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
Proven ability to work independently, juggle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast‑paced, change‑oriented environment.
Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate fragrance product developments and technical projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic experience with Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
Creativity and passion for fragrances and consumer products.

Minimum 3–5 years of fragrance industry experience or related marketing experience in FMCG, flavors, chemical/ingredients, or B2B/B2C marketing with international exposure.
