Overview
Duke’s Division of Plastic, Maxillofacial and Oral Surgery invites applications for a full-time faculty position. Successful candidates will be BE/BC by the ABOMS, trained in oral and maxillofacial surgery from a CODA-accredited program, and eligible for medical and dental licensure in North Carolina having both MD and DMD/DDS degrees.
Primary Responsibilities Resident education in both outpatient and inpatient clinical settings with an emphasis on community-based oral and maxillofacial surgery in an ambulatory setting. Active participation in Craniomaxillofacial Trauma management and Orthognathic surgery treatment are required. Experience in TMJ surgery is highly desirable, but not required.
