Regional Sales Representative – AgRev, Henderson, KY
Join AGCO Corporation in the AgRevolution® division and contribute to feeding the world’s growing population while addressing climate change. We are looking for a Regional Sales Representative based in Henderson, KY to develop close customer partnerships and leverage industry expertise to position AgRevolution and our core product brands as the markets’ brand of choice.
Responsibilities
Cover assigned territory by traveling to existing and potential customer locations to conduct sales calls, meetings, surveys, equipment inspections, and demonstrations while driving sales volume, profit, and market share objectives.
Assist customers with equipment recommendations, financial analysis, and problem-solving through technical support and production analysis using performance specifications, technical literature, and industry experience.
Maintain knowledge of products, applications, industry trends, sales skills, and product support to achieve sales performance targets.
Participate in sales meetings, product training, and trade/industry association functions.
Accurately maintain and submit all required sales documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Ag Business, or a related field; or 3+ years of sales experience, preferably with large equipment or agricultural equipment.
Proficiency with computers, spreadsheets, and word-processing programs.
Demonstrated ability to grow and develop sales and market share within a broad territory or product line.
