Senior Creator Strategist
The Creator & Fandom team is driving high-impact creator campaigns for Microsofts commercial brands, with a special focus on product drops and launches. As a Senior Creator Strategist, you will leverage your deep expertise in creator marketing to ideate, strategize, and execute end-to-end campaigns for product releases. Youll work closely with PMM (Product Marketing Management) teams to synthesize GTM strategy into actionable engagement pathways for talent, blending social culture, platform fluency, and product truth to help Microsoft show up in more authentic, high-impact ways across social. Ideal candidates are senior strategists with a proven track record in creator and influencer marketing, product launches, and GTM strategy. You thrive in fast-paced environments, are confident collaborating with senior stakeholders, and have a strong bias for creativity, clarity, and experimentation. Job Location: The primary location for this position is Redmond, WA. Additionally, there are three other locations where this role may be based. Candidates who do not reside in one of these four areas will be relocated to Redmond. This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home.
