Business Intelligence Analyst

This role is a part of the North America Commercial Analytics team that is responsible for driving transformational analytic capabilities, enabling stronger business performance. In this role you will support the execution of a Business Intelligence and reporting roadmap, by working closely with cross functional business partners and 3rd party data providers. You will support the development of faster reporting tools and processes to enable impactful insights for the commercial organization. This team is a strategic part of our 2030 vision and drives Colgate Palmolive's ability to leverage data as a strategic asset. Key Responsibilities: Build sound knowledge of Colgate-Palmolive's reporting systems and data sources Partner closely with commercial teams to turn data into insights that support business decisions, using both point of sale and household panel data Support adhoc projects for business analysis and reporting Provide support and troubleshooting, including investigation of data issues and data validation Oversee 3rd party custom databases, including but not limited to tagging of new products, identifying correct product hierarchies, and database classifications Support training the organization to leverage self service analytics tools Coordinate with external 3rd party vendors and internal support teams to ensure maintenance of databases and seamless issue resolution Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or any related field 3+ years supporting Business intelligence and reporting Expertise with understanding and leveraging Point of sale data, Syndicated data, Panel data Knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau, DOMO, Power BI Ability to work with different data sources Preferred Qualifications: Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines Ability to leverage data to build insights either through presentations or other visualization tools Demonstrate curiosity, have a growth mindset and a can-do attitude Strong communication, interpersonal and critical thinking skills. Ability to communicate with all levels of stakeholders Compensation and Benefits: Salary Range $74,000.00 - $104,000.00 USD Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles. Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year).
