How A Web Developer Will Make A Difference: Support and create web design, development, production, testing, and troubleshooting projects of medium to high complexity. Follow standards and procedures in the production and distribution of work products. Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team that generates economies and fast delivery schedules. Design and produce a wide range of communications and products for IT applications/systems. Recommend strategies to sharpen communications themes for IT applications/systems. Create videos in support of training courses for virtual distribution. Create training and continuing education graphics materials. Design and produce original illustrations, charts, schematics, placemat products. Plan, coordinate and develop graphics in support of IT applications/systems. Develop original, innovative graphic designs, formats, templates, and standards. Apply the principles of typography, color theory design content, and aesthetics and composition to incorporate into IT applications/systems and associated training material. Design identity, iconography, artist concepts, and three-dimensional exhibit and display design. Adhere to established technical production and quality control standards and guidelines. Test products, including Web and online, for display and operability. Ensure quality control, graphic usability, deliverability and operability. Ensure IT applications/systems are in compliance. Required Skills And Experience: Demonstrated experience in web design, development, production, testing, and troubleshooting. Demonstrated experience with UX/UI as well as multimedia and graphics production. Demonstrated advanced experience developing, designing, and creating projects using SharePoint. Demonstrated experience implementing dynamic web pages, custom application plugins and widgets, and custom Cascading style sheets. Demonstrated experience in 3 or more of the following applications: C#, Ajax/Java Script, HTML 5, PHP, CSS, and MySQL. Demonstrated experience in 3 or more of the following; Adobe Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, Afobe InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, Captivate and Catasia. Demonstrated experience using approved section 508/accessibility compliance tools. Demonstrated experience with designing and developing original, innovative graphic designs, formats, templates, and standards for product design. Desired Skills And Experience: Demonstrated experience using Wordpress, Confluence and HIVE. Demonstrated experience implementing dynamic web pages, custom application plugins and widgets, and custom Cascading style sheet. What You Will Need: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
