Front-End Experience and Reporting: Design and maintain dynamic Adobe Workfront dashboards, views, filters, and reports tailored to business operations and field teams. Continuously optimize the front-end experience based on user feedback and evolving business needs. Documentation and Process Design: Own all Workfront documentation including field mapping, process flows, usage guides, and standard methodologies. Ensure documentation is clear, current, and accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences. User Enablement and Support: Act as the main point of contact for Workfront users across TPS Central. Deliver enablement sessions, training, and hands-on support to drive adoption and confidence. Gather feedback and translate it into actionable improvements. Creative Solutioning and Scale: Find opportunities to streamline workflows and simplify user interactions. Develop scalable, repeatable solutions that support business growth and operational rigor. Collaborate with developers and Fusion experts to translate business requirements into technical execution. Qualifications

Demonstrable experience crafting and managing Adobe Workfront dashboards, views, and reports. Advanced understanding of Adobe Workfront's front-end capabilities, including Report Builder, Text Mode, and Custom Forms. Experience enabling users and driving platform adoption across diverse teams. Good communication and collaborator engagement skills. Creative problem-solver with a passion for building intuitive, scalable systems. Preferred Certifications and Skills

Adobe Workfront Project Manager Professional (AD0-E903) Adobe Workfront Core Developer Professional (AD0-E908) Experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion for scenario design, automation, and cross-platform integration. Familiarity with Adobe Experience League training paths and enablement resources. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $111,000 -- $212,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
