Treasury Systems Support Analyst (ION Wallstreet Suite v8 – Cloud)
About the Role
We’re seeking a Treasury Systems Support Analyst with hands-on experience in ION Wallstreet Suite (WSS) v8 Cloud. This role supports daily treasury operations by monitoring system integrations, troubleshooting discrepancies, and ensuring accurate financial data flow across multiple banking and accounting platforms. What You’ll Do
Monitor file imports, outgoing payment files, and bank statement uploads. Track and troubleshoot data exports to downstream systems. Investigate and resolve account balance discrepancies. Review export logs for failed or missing files and re-export as needed. Oversee scheduled TRM (Treasury & Risk Management) activities. Manually generate MT940 files and report MT199 messages when required. What You Bring
Experience with ION Wallstreet Suite (v8 Cloud). Background in the banking or treasury industry. Strong knowledge of SWIFT formats (MT940, MT199). Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. Familiarity with treasury workflows, accounting integrations, and file transfer processes. Why Join Us
