MTB Mechanical, a NearU Company, is hiring Customer Service Representatives with HVAC and Service Titan experience ! We’re looking for motivated individuals to work a Friday–Monday schedule in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Work Schedule:

  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Saturday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Sunday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Monday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

  • Handle inbound calls in a fast-paced environment
  • Understand customers’ HVAC needs
  • Communicate with empathy, professionalism, and urgency
  • Make outbound calls as needed
  • Maintain accurate customer records in ServiceTitan
  • Collaborate with dispatchers and management
  • Participate in training and team meetings

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior HVAC CSR or dispatch experience
  • Familiarity with Service Titan required
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Computer proficiency and attention to detail
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • Pre-employment drug screen and background check required
