Hardware Asset Management Analyst Electronic Arts (EA)
Electronics Arts creates next?level entertainment experiences that inspire players and fans around the world. This role is part of the Hardware Asset Management (HAM) product line, reporting to the HAM Product Manager on the EAIT Business Management team. You will maintain data in EAs system of record, develop custom reporting for the HAM system overhaul, and support day?to?day HAM business operations.
Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and speak authoritatively on custom analysis and reports for EAs hardware and asset estate, identifying policy and people gaps
- Work with the product team to execute day?to?day asset management activities
- Work directly and indirectly with other teams within IT
- Assist with the build out of the new Hardware Asset Management system, collecting data and feedback from customers in conjunction with our Customer Success Manager
Qualifications
- 1?3 years experience in data analytics and/or IT asset management
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- SQL a plus
- Experience with products and processes in the Hardware and Asset Management area
- Strong analytical, decision?making, and prioritization skills, with the ability to execute on critical business processes and identify and elevate risks in a complex, ambiguous, fast?paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication and influencing skills to convey ideas and manage conflict, including facilitation of small meetings and creation of written deliverables (reports, analysis, documentation, emails, etc.) for internal IT customers and teams
