Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Plano, Texas. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support, ensure smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and update records, files, and databases.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally.
- Assist in the preparation of meetings, including agendas and minutes.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary are a plus.

Pay Range : $40- $45
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
