SALARY: $52,000 - $61,750, bonus eligible

Role Summary

This role will support the Vice President of Region Sales and corresponding employee base. The responsibilities will include handling the executives' calendars, coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries, scheduling and preparing for meetings and other events, managing office budget, and leading critical special projects at the discretion of the leadership team. This role has exposure to senior leaders within our organization and provides excellent growth opportunities within the world's largest beer company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to meet tight deadlines and can adapt to constantly evolving priorities and has a strong mastery over the Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Power Point, and Word. Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain and refine internal processes that support the executive team.
  • Manage communication between upper management and employees.
  • Plan and coordinate work to ensure the senior executives' priorities are met.
  • Manage professional and personal scheduling.
  • Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management.
  • Manage, coordinate, and arrange senior executives' travel and travel-related activities.
  • Perform administrative and office support.
  • Uphold integrity and strict confidentiality with all materials.
  • Coordinate team communications and plan events.
Job Qualifications
  • 3+ years' experience in an administrative role.
  • Proven problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communicator.
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools.
