KEYRESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and email communications.
- Serve as a trusted gatekeeper and liaisonensuring alignment between executive priorities and organizational goals.
- Prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items for meetings, presentations, and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate logistics for events, media appearances, and global engagements.
- Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders across multiple time zones.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, optimize workflows, and streamline executive operations.
- Support special projects as needed, contributing to high-visibility initiatives.
ABOUTYOU
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives or founders, ideally in dynamic or high-growth environments.
- Experience in startups, tech, media, or the sports/science sector.
- Familiarity with public-facing executives or high-profile stakeholders.
- Comfort working across time zones and with international teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Proactive, resourceful approach with a high level of ownership and accountability.
- Technologically savvycomfortable using tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Notion, and productivity/AI tools.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
- Ideally, an interest in innovation, performance science, and global policy.
