We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Springfield, Ohio. In this role, you will play a key part in providing exceptional support to customers by managing inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining effective communication. This is a long-term contract position offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.


Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring their needs are met.

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

• Manage a workflow for supplier approvals using online tools and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Coordinate uniform orders, including tracking shipments, resolving issues, and maintaining records.

• Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to address questions and provide updates on order statuses.

• Support vehicle fleet communications and assist drivers with their needs.

• Follow up on equipment rental invoices weekly to ensure timely processing and resolution.

• Maintain and update supplier agreements and related documentation.

• Provide clear communication to customers and suppliers, setting realistic expectations and deadlines.

• Handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining strong organizational skills.

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
• Strong skills in order entry and managing inbound and outbound calls.
• Proficiency in using online tools and spreadsheets for tracking and workflow management.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally with suppliers and team members.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with supplier onboarding and uniform ordering processes is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to escalate issues when necessary.
