TITLE: Agile Scrum Master
LOCATION: Peachtree City, GA
DURATION: 6 Months Contract
RATE: DOE

Description:

Scrum Master working on development/maintenance projects for Automotive Infotainment devices.

Responsibilities:

1. Software Team Management
2. Software Management
3. Interact with Project Lead and Engineering Team leads
4. Attend all ET meetings to understand project plan, issues, change in priorities, blockers, support needed
5. Plan incoming work into releases and sprints for the team to work on
6. Coach and train team members to understand Agile processes
7. Host daily stand-up meetings
8. Interact with product owner and understand product backlog
9. Support sprint reviews
10. Reporting
11. Iteration/Sprint planning meetings, Retrospective
12. Facilitating in elimination of any blockers for the team to continue work smoothly
13. Communication with internal and external stakeholders

Required skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer/Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in software management
3. At least 5 years of experience working as a team leader for 5 or more team members
4. Project management certification like CSM or PMP
