Senior Business Analyst

Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Base pay range $110,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr Interfacing with the client to discuss all project requirements, concepts, and ideas Documenting requirements into user stories and ensure the development team understands the concepts outlined Ability to be a self-starter and work directly with a client to gather and document requirements Be able to convey requirements in a user-story format and be part of a team Provide timely responses and answers to the development team questions Obtain user acceptance testing sign off from the client and conduct sessions if required Participate in sprint planning and grooming sessions for each sprint Create user interface mockups/concepts for client review Work with the development team to ensure backlog items are documented and are ready for timely grooming and estimation Document all current state, and future state workflows Create training materials for the user-base (as needed) Requirements: 5+ years experience with gathering requirements, work with systems users, and documenting user stories Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Finance Industries Staffing and Recruiting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Softworld, a Kelly Company by 2x Inferred from the description for this job Medical insurance Vision insurance Get notified when a new job is posted.
