We are currently seeking an Associate Manager to join our Denver, Colorado office, servicing the greater Denver area. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to manage and grow a portfolio of single-family properties while benefiting from Northpoints established business development support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, leasing, and property management for a portfolio of residential properties.
• Utilize your Colorado Real Estate license to manage property leasing and sell properties for clients if desired.
• Collaborate with Northpoints business development team to attract new clients and grow your portfolio over the next 12 to 18 months.
• Provide exceptional client service, assist with the closing process, and deliver high-quality management services.

What Were Looking For:

• An active Colorado Real Estate license.
• Strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to handle complex situations with ease.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A driven, dynamic individual who thrives in a self-managed environment and seeks growth opportunities.
• Must reside between Northern Denver and Fort Collins area.
