The Administrator position offers a great opportunity for an administrator looking to make a difference and maintain a high level of care. Overview of Nursing Home Administrator Role: Responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and coordinating the facility to ensure quality care for residents; knowledgeable of and implementing federal, state, and local laws and regulations applicable to the facility, residents, personnel, and physical plant. Carrying out duties in accordance with current federal and state regulations and established company policies and procedures. Qualifications: Hold a current, unencumbered nursing facility administrator’s license in Missouri.
