ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Teach Master’s of Health Profession courses to distance MSHP and SHP graduate students.
Develop lesson plans, prepare presentations, and obtain visual aids for distance web-based courses, and grade student papers.
Advise students on academic and research activities.
Program Director – Masters in Health Professions
Organize, administer, instruct, evaluate, and ensure continuous quality improvement of the MSHP program.
Develop and implement curriculum planning in accordance with program goals and objectives.
Maintain regular and consistent contact with students, faculty, and program personnel.
Demonstrate leadership in the effectiveness and enhancement of the program.
Recruit prospective students.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Applicants must have a master’s degree in a healthcare administration field.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Doctoral degree in a health-related field and/or 3 years of teaching experience.
SALARY:
Commensurate with experience.
