We are looking for an Accounting Manager to work for our Cleveland client. The ideal candidate will align with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below. Responsibilities: Owner of the company financial close process and reporting required deliverables Manage monthly closing and financial reporting process Lead the annual budget and quarterly forecast process for the Global Organization Complete financial analysis of business unit performance and trends along with preparation of monthly financial review package and other ad hoc financial reports Builds continuous improvement and lean initiatives into the financial area Provide timely analysis and reporting for crisp decision-making to the Executive team Ensure consistent global application of accounting policies Oversight and ownership of assigned key processes and related controls Ad hoc duties as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance CPA preferred 4+ years of accounting experience Demonstrate strong US GAAP technical knowledge Experience implementing best practices and strategic initiatives through business unit controllers Excellent written and verbal communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
