Overview This position will assist the site to resolve the below cross-check audit finding:
A comprehensive spare parts inventory must be conducted and documented, accordingly. As part of this process, all spare parts must be counted, labelled, and registered, where practical. Any adjustments must be recorded timely in SAP. This position will assist the site storeroom coordinator to count and label all spare parts on site. The list of items to count and label will be provided.
Job Duties
The Storeroom Inventory Counting Helper is responsible for counting and labelling all items in the site storerooms. The Storeroom Inventory Counting Helper will be provided a list of all items in the site storerooms to be counted and labelled. The Storeroom Inventory Counting Helper will note on the provided list any discrepancies in the count of items on the list and what is actually in the storeroom. The Storeroom Inventory Counting Helper will note on the provided list any discrepancies in the location of items on the list and their actual location in the storeroom. The Storeroom Inventory Counting Helper will note on the provided list any items on the list lacking labels or incorrectly labeled. The Storeroom Inventory Counting Helper will be provided the labels to be fastened the items lacking them or incorrectly labelled.
