Oceanfront elegance within an iconic social club setting. The Surf Club has hosted history since 1930 and is home to Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club in the Miami Beaches near Sunny Isles. This beachside hotel offers new era luxury with celebrated dining, a world‑class spa, and easy access to the surrounding shores.

About the Role

The Overnight Residential Concierge will uphold Four Seasons Culture Standards and be the first and last impression of our residences. Responsibilities include escorting and providing orientation to arriving residents and guests, handling resident parcels promptly and accurately, and responding to requests in a timely and efficient manner. The Concierge will also be flexible in handling duties such as move‑in/move‑out, construction requests, and other related tasks.

What You Will Do

• Provide information regarding hotel events, outlets, and amenities.
• Answer telephones at the residences concierge desk and deliver messages, packages, faxes, newspapers, letters, and other items to condominiums.
• Perform any special projects deemed necessary by your direct supervisor or the Residential Office Manager.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and faxes properly.
• Know what activities are available in the city (theater, arts, special exhibits, concerts, shows, sports, leisure activities, sightseeing tours, etc.) and be able to provide information, ticketing, reservations, and other services for residents.
• Recite all hotel services, hours of operation, key personnel, hotel policies, etc.
• Work closely with Valet Parking staff to ensure smooth handling of residents and patron vehicles.
• Work closely with Residence Pages to ensure smooth handling of resident luggage, packages, message delivery, and special requests.
• Use the hotel computer system and phone system effectively.

• Kept senior management well informed of any resident problems or complaints, and appropriate action taken.
• Maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times in dealing with residents, employees, and outside contacts.
