We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to our Owner/CEO. This key position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is tech‑savvy, and enjoys managing multiple priorities with confidence and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Owner/CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and task tracking.
  • Draft, review, and edit emails, reports, and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems; manage incoming and outgoing communications.
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, proposals, and project documentation.
  • Manage and update the company’s presence on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram), ensuring consistent branding and engagement.
  • Interface with clients, vendors, and internal team members professionally and efficiently.
  • Learn and manage various software platforms used in project management, estimating, or accounting (training provided if needed).
  • Perform general office duties including ordering supplies, organizing records, and supporting occasional field operations coordination.
  • Support with ad hoc projects and special assignments as delegated by the CEO.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience (executive‑level support preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content management.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new software platforms quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail, discretion, and ability to manage sensitive information.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to supporting company leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting an executive in a construction, engineering, or service‑based business.
  • Familiarity with basic project coordination or bookkeeping tasks is a plus.
