• Maintain system integrity, enforce consistent taxonomy, and ensure compliance with firm standards.
• Build and implement custom workflows, task automations, and triggers to streamline case operations.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to translate operational needs into Filevine enhancements and data solutions.

Business Intelligence & Reporting

• Deliver real-time reporting and executive dashboards highlighting key KPIs such as case velocity, cost per lead, cost per case, conversion rates, and settlement performance.
• Translate large, complex datasets into clear, actionable insights to drive decisionmaking and improve operational performance.

Cross-Functional Insights & Process Improvement

• Create and maintain user guides, SOPs, and documentation for ongoing education and system consistency.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field

• Business Intelligence (BI) certification required or equivalent mastery experience (Tableau, Power BI, or Domo)
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, modeling, automation, macros, etc.)
• Experience integrating data across multiple systems (Filevine, QuickBooks, Paylocity, CRM/marketing tools, etc.)
• Strong understanding of database structures, data governance, and visualization best practices
