## Job Description# Data Analyst Senior**Role:** Senior Data Analyst**Location:** Onsite – McLean, VA**Position Description:** We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst with deep expertise in data analysis, ETL processes, and the mortgage industry. This role offers the opportunity to work with complex datasets and cutting-edge tools to drive strategic insights and improve data quality across business units. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, build data pipelines, and deliver impactful analytics solutions in a fast-paced environment.* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field* 5+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, with 2 years of hands-on experience in the mortgage industry* Proficient with ETL processes, data warehousing, and data pipeline development.* Advanced proficiency in SQL, RDBMS databases, MongoDB, and NoSQL* Strong experience with Informatica Cloud, including Informatica Data Quality (IDQ)* Solid understanding of the mortgage industry; multifamily experience preferred* Proven ability to analyze large datasets and communicate insights effectively* Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills* Ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and independently* Strong project management capabilities* Experience with Python or R for data analysis* Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)* Understanding of mortgage industry compliance #J-18808-Ljbffr
