Material Handler- 1st Shift - $20.28 - $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

Responsibilities

• Move raw materials and finished product within the warehouse or production facility using forklifts and other equipment to supply production or facilitate shipping.
• Inspect the facility to ensure adherence to safety, operating policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Maintain warehouse inventory levels, anticipate demand, and use tools such as ERP systems and cycle counting.
• Sort and set up daily production orders using a "pick, pack and ship" system to fulfill customer/client demand.
• Receive and document inbound materials and finished products, verifying accuracy of shipping documents and system data to ensure proper billing.
• Support product, packaging and material inventory‑availability using demand forecasts and historical orders.
• Investigate and identify root causes for safety, security, or environmental incidents to prevent recurrence.
• Print daily orders/production plans and distribute to personnel; perform final quality checks for accuracy and visible damage before shipment.

Qualifications

• Experience moving product or materials in a warehouse or production environment using powered tools and vehicles.
• Operate industrial vehicles and equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and sit‑down/stand‑up fork trucks.
• Transport raw materials and finished goods to designated areas; load/unload trailers and route trucks.
• Comply with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
• Experience using warehouse management systems; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• 1+ year prior warehouse/forklift experience preferred; high‑speed industrial experience a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to perform manual and powered material handling.
• Forklift certification is required.
• Education: High‑School Diploma or equivalent.

Pay Range: $46,800 - $57,200. Base pay may vary depending on geography, knowledge, skills and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and other benefits is offered.
