Salary: Based on experience

Schedule: Part-time

We are looking for a part-time (2‑3 days/week) Associate Optometrist to join our team in Roseville, CA and/or Loomis, CA (Northeast of Sacramento). We utilize state‑of‑the‑art technology, including Optomap, NCT, Marco digital refracting system, easy‑to‑use electronic records and excellent staff to pre‑test, perform contact lens training and support our doctors. We offer a flexible schedule (half days available) and the ability to practice full scope optometry. Compensation: Base pay plus production bonus. New grads with a valid OD license are encouraged to apply!

Optometrist Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye exams
• Diagnose and assist in the treatment of ocular disease
• Promote healthy vision by counseling and educating patients
• Maintain detailed patient records regarding diagnosis/treatment plans

Optometrist Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree
• Valid state license to practice optometry
• Ability to communicate with a wide range of patient personalities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A strong sense of workplace professionalism and personal ethics
• Customer‑service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills
• Familiar or willing to learn RT6100, analysis of Optomap images, and contact lens fittings
