Are you a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced warehouse environment? We’re seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a dedicated team, and ensure efficiency, safety, and top‑tier customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and shipping
• Lead, train, and motivate team members to meet productivity and performance goals
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workspace in compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer demands and operational targets

Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse or distribution management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Working knowledge of warehouse systems, inventory control, and shipping/receiving processes
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast‑paced environment
• Forklift certification and safety knowledge preferred
• Valid Driver’s License
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
