Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Recruiter specialized in GTM hiring to join our fast‑paced Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing and hiring top‑performing sales professionals — from business development representatives to enterprise sales leaders — across global markets (India, US, EMEA, APAC, LATAM).
You'll be a trusted partner to hiring managers, driving the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a strong candidate pipeline, and delivering an exceptional hiring experience aligned with RateGain’s growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales and business leadership to understand hiring needs and craft effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for sales, partnerships, and customer success roles.
- Identify and attract top sales talent using a mix of sourcing strategies — LinkedIn, referrals, outbound headhunting, and talent mapping.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure both skill and cultural fit.
- Drive a seamless candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
- Maintain data accuracy and reporting within the ATS.
- Build and nurture a talent pipeline for future sales roles.
- Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and competitor hiring trends to business leaders.
- Collaborate with HR and business teams for offer negotiation, onboarding, and integration.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in end‑to‑end recruitment, with at least 3+ years dedicated to sales/commercial hiring.
- Experience hiring for SaaS, technology, or travel‑tech organizations preferred.
- Proven ability to hire for global roles (US/EMEA/APAC) is a strong plus.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.
- High sense of ownership, urgency, and attention to detail.
