We are partnering with a prestigious AM Law 5 global firm, who are seeking an experienced and polished Executive Assistant to support an Executive Partner in their Boston office. This is a high-profile role requiring exceptional professionalism, discretion, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

About the Role

The Executive Assistant will act as a trusted partner to senior leadership, providing comprehensive administrative support while ensuring seamless operations and communication across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level executive support to a C-suite leader and senior partners
  • Manage complex calendars, meeting coordination, and travel logistics
  • Serve as gatekeeper for inbound and outbound communications
  • Prepare, proofread, and manage confidential correspondence and legal documents
  • Support billing and time entry processes (Aderant experience preferred)
  • Handle e-filing and document management per firm standards
  • Manage expenses, reimbursements, and reporting
  • Liaise effectively with partners, clients, and internal teams with professionalism and discretion

Qualifications

  • 4-10 years of Executive Assistant experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment
  • Experience supporting senior executives or partners in a high-demand setting
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Aderant and e-filing required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
