About the role
Executive Assistant to directly support the CEO. You’ll manage priorities through Asana, coordinate meetings and calendars in Outlook, and serve as a key liaison between the CEO, clients, and project teams. This role requires exceptional organization, communication, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment. Annual salary range is $50k-$70k per year.
Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s task lists, deadlines, and follow-ups in Asana
- Maintain and optimize calendar management and meeting preparation
- Capture meeting notes, track deliverables, and ensure follow-through
- Coordinate communication between leadership, clients, and partners
- Maintain documents and project organization in SharePoint and BuilderTrend
- Occasionally attend client or site meetings to support the CEO
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting a senior executive or C-suite
- Strong communication and prioritization skills; high emotional intelligence
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with task management or CRM software required; Asana, BuilderTrend, and construction industry experience are a plus
- Discretion, professionalism, and calm under pressure
