Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Location: Brentwood, TN (Hybrid – M–W onsite, Th–F remote)

• Our client is seeking a Technical Accounting Manager to play a key role in interpreting complex accounting standards and shaping company-wide financial policies.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of GAAP and technical accounting principles, along with hands‑on experience supporting accounting memos, research, and policy documentation.
• This individual will collaborate closely with SEC Reporting and senior leadership on high‑visibility projects, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across key accounting areas such as ASC 842, derivatives, and debt refinancing.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support drafting and reviewing accounting memos and policies across complex technical areas (ASC 842, derivatives, debt, and more).
• Partner with SEC Reporting and leadership on accounting conclusions, documentation, and special projects.
• Research and interpret new accounting standards, ensuring compliance and clear implementation.
• Contribute to process improvement, system optimization, and documentation initiatives across accounting.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure accuracy and best practices.
