Responsibilities

Accounting Clerk responsibilities include but are not limited to

  • Responsible for accounting functions
    • invoice packets
    • employee orders
    • packaging usage
  • Enter and compile production data from multiple sources into Excel spreadsheets
  • Ensure prompt and accurate data entry
  • Other duties as assigned
This is an on-site position.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates for the Accounting Clerk position should possess the following

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year experience working with Microsoft Excel including experience with Excel formula and spreadsheet navigation
  • General office skills
  • Good work ethic and ability to work well with others
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively organize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Reasoning and problem-solving ability
  • Good attendance record
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and neatness are essential

Qualified candidates for this position will be required to successfully complete the background check.

Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
