Earn vacation time and the opportunity to self-promote within the company and many more benefits too numerous to list.**Safety is always FIRST with Tyson Foods and at Tyson all Team Members are expected to practice safety standard, policies, and procedures **.**As part of our ongoing commitment to safety we provide all Personal Protection Equipment (PPE).General Responsibilities* Manage Emails, Incoming Phone calls, Place outgoing calls to truck drivers and dispatchers* Coordinate moves to and from the yard, communicating with Yard team members and supervisors in a timely manner* Check in and/ or out incoming and outgoing shipments in the driver window* Track status of trailersClerical Responsibilities* Prepare, Receive, and Process shipping/receiving paperworkanage overweight loads, missed DDT log,* Communicate with guards about incoming and outgoing trailers and or trucks coming in and out.* Look up and confirm Freight orders on Blue Yonder* Ensure Trailers are in and out of doors in a timely manner.* Verify Yard checks information matches Blue yonder and is completed at the appropriate times* Keep daily record of bad Chep pallet tracker* Upload in and out paperwork to SharePoint* Train as a back up to the Queue operator and scheduling ( planning work, scheduling pickups)* Retrieve Bills of Laiding* Record seal numbers* Enter pallet counts and close loads* File paperwork* General housekeeping of SRC office area\**Other duties as assigned*\***QUALIFICATIONS:**Education: High School diploma or equivalentExperience: 3 plus years Office experienceComputer Skills: Basic computer skills requiredTravel: NoneSupervisory Responsibilities: None**Resume must be attached to qualify****D Shift**Wednesday 12AM~6AM, Thursday - Saturday 6PM~6AM**Relocation Assistance Eligible:**No**Work Shift:**D Shift (United States of America)Hourly Applicants ONLY -You must complete the task after submitting your application to provide additional information to be considered for employment.Tyson is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
