Join Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. as a Delivery Driver and deliver our products to small and large retailers on a set route.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to retailers on a set route.
• Unload trucks using a hand dolly or electric pallet jack, build rapport with customers, and stock shelves and coolers as requested.
• Provide hands‑on training upon hire; no previous experience required.

Shift and Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• Start at 5:00 AM and continue until the route is finished
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Local routes

About You

We are looking for a self‑motivated and customer‑service oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment. You enjoy interacting with people and would rather be off your truck than sitting behind the wheel. You enjoy staying active and are excited to spend the majority of your shift lifting, pushing, and pulling cases of our products.

This position may involve operating equipment such as tractor trailers, semi‑trucks, pup trailers, box trucks, and delivery trucks with side loads or side bays. The role may also include using a pallet jack, hand truck, or dolly.

Total Rewards

• Pay starting at $26.22 per hour, increasing to $27.65 per hour after a 6‑month anniversary.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License A (CDL A).
• Ability to maintain a valid DOT Driver Qualification File.
