Product Manager, Runtime – Seattle, Washington As the Product Manager for the Databricks Runtime team, you will develop a deep understanding of modern cloud infrastructure, data governance solutions, and open source components. You will gather customer requirements and launch features that help customers process petabytes of data daily and simplify data value extraction.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end product management process.

Gather customer requirements, design features, and collaborate with engineering to deliver polished market‑ready products.

Drive product launches with product marketing (blog posts, release notes, webinars).

Define and measure OKRs for your products.

Prioritize and develop features to reduce the cost and time needed for operating ETL and machine learning workflows.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience leading technically complex enterprise products.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure).

Strong data analysis and operationalization skills (SQL, rollups, building operational dashboards).

Pay Range Zone 2 Pay Range: $151,500 — $212,175 USD.
