About the Role: Inventory and Fulfillment Technician? The inventory and fulfillment technician is responsible for secondary packaging of quality medical cannabis products for use by The Botanist consumers and accurate, timely fulfillment of wholesale orders. The inventory and fulfillment technician must consistently operate with a strong attention to detail, as they are expected to maintain accurate physical and digital inventory records. How youll make a difference?(required duties and responsibilities):?

Essential Functions and Responsibilities?? Demonstrates basic knowledge of cannabis medical products as a means to differentiate physical characteristics for packaging (distillate, oils, tinctures, topicals, concentrates etc.) Maintains quality control measures to ensure a high-quality product within clean, well presented packaging Accurately reads and interprets sales orders for hand picking and packing of medical & adult use cannabis products Uses scanning technology as applicable to digitally count and verify SKU numbers Assists with daily DEA cage count checks and balances during the fulfillment cycle Review the sales and/or labeling schedule and forecasts for key dates, quantities, package types, etc. Final packaging of various finished manufactured products which may include a quality control check, box assembly and application of various labeling. Records and tracks accurate weights and measurements of product throughout the processing and packaging procedures using company systems and protocols Maintain compliance with State regulations and requirements Maintains a clean, safe environment in the companys secure storage and fulfillment areas Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures including biosecurity, cleanliness and workplace safety Additional tasks as assigned by your manager Qualifications Education and Experience Must be 21 years of age or older High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing &/or data entry Proficient knowledge of cannabis products and standard packaging materials Ability to work independently and as part of a team to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices Computers and Technology Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Proficiency with inventory systems and office equipment Proficiency with basic math skills required for inventory and measurements
