Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for healthcare locations. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, and public areas to deter unauthorized access and report any irregularities or unusual activity. Communicate professionally with staff, patients, and visitors, offering assistance and guidance as appropriate within a healthcare environment. Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements. Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary, maintaining a calm and professional presence during incidents. Minimum Requirements

Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED). Customer service experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
