Prepare and present Student performance findings and action items to leaders in Strategy, Collections, Credit Risk and Product Develop and implement strategic enhancements to improve performance Maintain and enhance robust performance tracking and reporting Partner with Credit Risk, Product, and Finance to align on expected performance driven by strategic initiatives Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in collections analytics and/or credit risk analytics SAS / Enterprise Guide / SQL or other data mining experience Advanced MS Office skills, particularly with PowerPoint Strong presentation, influencing and negotiation skills Strong statistical background or experience in measuring operational strategies Strong organization and project management skills and the ability to partner with various internal stakeholders Able to thrive and prioritize in a changing environment Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative study preferred (Math, Finance, Science etc.) Hours & Work Schedule
