Drive enterprise-scale telecom transformations, owning ACV targets, renewals, and consulting bookings while proactively managing delivery risks.
Lead communications service providers through digital modernization – from network optimization to customer experience enhancement and regulatory compliance.
Build trusted C-level partnerships with telecom executives, translating complex technical concepts into clear business value.
Architect delivery strategies that maximize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction while ensuring full leverage of Pega's telecom capabilities.
Champion innovative methodologies including blueprint, estimator app, and constellation tailored to telecommunications transformation.

What You've Accomplished:
Proven Consulting Sales and Delivery leadership in telecommunications digital transformation programs.
Telecommunications industry expertise with experience across communication service providers, network operators, or telecom technology vendors.
Enterprise software delivery experience leading telecom modernization initiatives including network automation, customer experience optimization, and operational transformation.
C‑level relationship management with telecom executives as trusted advisor for operational and technical transformation.
Understanding of telecom business strategy, regulatory requirements (FCC, spectrum management), and technology‑led transformation in network operations and customer service.
Cloud modernization experience with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and telecom compliance requirements preferred.
Excellent communication skills with ability to influence telecom clients and technology partners.
Gartner‑acclaimed technology leadership across telecom solutions.

Compensation Base salary range for this role is 142,400 – 216,900 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.
