The Director of Enrollment leads ODUGlobal's student recruitment and enrollment operations. This role is responsible for developing and executing data-driven strategies that meet institutional enrollment goals, enhancing the prospective student experience, and strengthening ODUGlobal's position in the competitive online education market. The Director leads a high-performing team through a consultative sales approach, ensuring speed-to-contact, personalized engagement, and seamless transitions from inquiry to enrollment. In close collaboration with admissions and advising and a student experience focus for online students, the Director drives initiatives that support student success, retention, and institutional growth while fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. General Public Minimum Qualifications

Master's Degree in a related field of study required. Significant experience in online education recruitment, onboarding, and enrollment management practices. Significant supervisory experience in a higher education setting. Ability to make data-driven decisions and to develop metrics and analytics to support student success initiatives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Basic computer skills required (word processing, spreadsheets, etc.). Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines and sensitive assignments. Ability to work with diverse populations. The position is fully remote but requires occasional travel to campus and conferences. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in student enrollment management, preferably within an online or higher education environment. Preferred Qualifications
