Supply Chain Specialist

to join our dynamic team. This role demands an individual who excels in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and finds joy in the balance of analytical problem-solving and collaboration across functions. As a key player in our operations, you will manage, analyze, and optimize product supply levels, safety stock, and inventories for all our products and customers. Key Responsibilities: Ensure optimal product availability by effectively aligning with sourcing teams, sales forecasts, and inventory targets. Oversee inventory levels for all SKUs, ensuring a harmonious balance between supply and demand. Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to forecast demand and project sales volumes using comprehensive data analysis. Create, track, and manage purchasing plans for the region to meet revenue objectives. Develop and enhance analytical tools (Power BI, Excel, etc.) to improve decision-making across the supply chain. Monitor supply chain performance, identify potential bottlenecks, and suggest actionable process improvements. Maintain regular communication with sourcing colleagues to ensure production aligns with market demand. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 12+ years of experience in procurement or demand planning, particularly in high-volume, low-cost, multi-product environments. Proficiency in sales forecasting and demand planning methodologies. Strong skills in Excel and other quantitative/data tools essential for managing and interpreting complex datasets. Familiarity with import/export processes and regulations. Proven ability to adapt in environments with changing customer and product dynamics. Additional Skills (Preferred): Experience with SAP Business One, specifically in logistics and procurement. Knowledge of MRP systems. Proficiency in data analysis tools like Power BI or similar.
