Social workers are highly valued members of the interdisciplinary care team providing support around psychosocial issues, health‑related social needs and behavioral health. Key Responsibilities
Providing psychosocial screening and assessment, counseling, crisis intervention, and facilitation of use of hospital and community services Acting as a resource information and referral, program development and psychosocial consultation to multidisciplinary teams Education
Master’s degree in social work Experience
Social work experience in a medical environment highly preferred Flexibility and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills Persons of diversity strongly encouraged to apply Licensure/Certifications
LCSW in the state of MA required; LICSW licensure in the state of MA is preferred Schedule
Schedule is 9:00 am–5:30 pm, with potential for one evening shift/week until 8 pm. Eligible for a hybrid schedule once fully trained. This position is eligible for a $5,000 sign‑on bonus. Benefits and Compensation
